2002-02-27 - 3:40 p.m. I wanted to dance naked in the snow this morning, but I had no place to do it. It's a shame. I finished Fast Food Nation. What a book. Not for the faint of heart. Looking at meat makes me all weird now. It's just... read it. The author is excellent. He writes with an energy that I have never seen before. He also makes many interesting parallels, such as the parallel between the history of McDonald's and Disney. Read this book. Read it. I'm an Audiogalaxy addict. I admit it. I can't stop downloading. It's a drug. It is! It is! Whoa. I still have a little microphone that I borrowed from the school library Freshman year. I doubt they'll ever get it back. I've been on a BNL kick lately. I don't know why... I just have. 'specially when I've been living their songs... What A Good Boy, the first song I ever memorized on guitar and the first song I ever performed, has been in my head a lot, "I go to school, I write exams, if I pass if I fail if I drop out, does anyone give a damn? And if they do, they'll soon forget, but it won't take much to show my life ain't over yet. But things are starting to look up, my life is coming together, sure, things constantly fall apart, but there's light at the end. I know there is.
